Where do you ship to?

All our products are made in Australia and shipped to you from the United States, via a secure, tracked shipping method.  

 

All orders placed on the Alpha-H US website ship within the United States and Canada. 

How long does despatch take? 

Standard delivery: Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be processed the next working day. Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be processed the following Monday. 
 

During sale periods please allow additional days for the processing of your order. 

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number.

Can I return my items?

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your Alpha-H purchase, you can return your products to us within 30 days of purchase under the 30 Day Guarantee.

Alpha-H only accepts returns from alpha-h.com. If you have purchased our products from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for assistance. 

My order was delivered but I can’t find it

We’re sorry to hear that you cannot locate your Alpha-H package!  

If your order has been marked as delivered but you cannot find it, we suggest checking with everyone in your home to ensure someone did not collect it for you, or if the postman has hidden it somewhere outside your home. We often find that this is simply the case. 

We also advise double-checking your mailbox and other areas around your home to see whether your local courier had left a card for collection anywhere, or contacting your local post office with your tracking information and contact details to see whether they may be able to assist you further.  

If you still cannot find your order, we suggest launching a customer enquiry with the courier of your region to see if they can assist further with locating your order.

Lost, missing and stolen orders

We’re sorry to hear your order might be lost or missing!  

Once orders have been dispatched from the Alpha-H warehouse, it is with the responsibility of the courier to deliver Alpha-H orders to our customers, and the customer to manage order tracking via the tracking link provided in the shipping notification email.  

If you suspect your order is lost in transit or parcel theft, we ask that customers contact the courier for your order and file a claim for your package.    

USPS recommends that if the consignee is claiming non-receipt of their order and suspects mail theft, there are two options available.  

The consignee can either report the suspected theft online at: https://emailus.usps.com/emailUs/iq/usps/request.do?forward=emailUs and follow the instruction under the “where is my package link”, or they may call 1-800-275-8777 for further assistance.

Tax & duties fees

Tax and duties fees do not apply to domestic orders within the United States of America.

However, all orders to Canada are subject to tax and duties fees, to be paid by the customer when your package reaches your country.  

Alpha-H does not cover tax and duties fees for Canada.
