Redeem your points a discount on your order at checkout. 100 points = $5 OFF. Minimum spend $50. Not redeemable in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

Log in to your Alpha Collective account and navigate to Rewards. Here you can see your points balance.

Points will be accrued on your account upon fulfilment of your order.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned.

Returned product refunds will be deducted from your point balance. E.g. for every $1 refunded, 1 point will be deducted.

Yes, you will start with 0 points however your last 12 month spend will be taken into consideration to determine which Level you will start in upon joining the program. You will also earn 100 points for joining the program.

There are 4 levels within the Alpha Collective loyalty program based on your last 12 month spend. Each level unlocks additional benefits:
Level 1: Eucalyptus - Spend $0-$199
Level 2: Banksia - Spend $200-$449
Level 3: Myrtle - Spend $450-$749
Level 4: Golden Wattle - Spend $750+

Log in to your Alpha Collective account and navigate to Rewards. Here you can see your current level.

When your 12 month spend balance reaches the level threshold, you will advance up into that level. The 12 months is a consecutive rolling 12 month period which calculates daily.
Once you reach a Level, your 12 month spend will be reasessed on your 1 year anniversary date of reaching that Level and if you meet the threshold you will retain that Level for another year, or if your 12 month spend falls below the threshold you will move down into the corresponding Level.

Spend balance will update upon fulfillment of your order. If a new level is reached your level entry will be delayed 14 days to allow for any order cancellations or returns.

Returned product refunds will be deducted from your spend balance. E.g. for every $1 refunded $1 will be deducted from your spend balance.

Any orders placed using the email address associated with your Alpha Collective account will automatically go on to your loyalty account!

Rewards are issued as discount vouchers that you can redeem online at alpha-h.com. These include Birthday Vouchers. These are issued to you via email as a unique coupon code to redeem at checkout.

Receive a voucher by adding your DOB to your profile to receive a voucher on your birthday. You can add your DOB on the rewards page. If your birthday is within 30 days of the date entered, there will be a 30 day delay on receiving your birthday voucher for the first year only.

Copy your unique coupon code from your email and paste it into the discount code field at checkout. You must be logged into your Alpha Collective account to redeem your loyalty vouchers.
