Where does it go in my routine? In the morning, apply Firming Peptide Body Oil to clean skin, or after Daily Dose Multivitamin Body Serum, and before SPF. At night, apply to clean skin, preferably straight after the shower, or on top of Retinol Reboot Exfoliating Body Treatment.
Where should I use it? Firming Peptide Body Oil is suitable for use on all areas of the body. We recommend paying particular attention to areas experiencing dryness, lines or wrinkles.
How much do I need? Approximately half a teaspoon per limb or body area. How often should I use it? Once or twice daily, as Peptides are most effective with cumulative use.

Massage Firming Peptide Body Oil into clean, damp skin, paying particular attention to areas you would like to nourish, smooth and firm.

Beautiful light oil which absorbs quickly and has a subtle vanilla fragrance. My only negative is that the skin must be moist with water when applied, which in winter is not so comfortable. Does not glide on well if not used on moist skin.
