If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your Alpha-H purchase, you can return your products to us within 30 days of purchase. We will happily provide you with a refund or store credit for any unwanted products returned within 30 days of purchase - with the exception of those listed below. Once our team have received your return, we will notify you via email once your refund or store credit has been issued. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method for the price of your product, and sales tax, if applicable. Please note: Shipping costs, taxes and/or customs fees are not covered for refunds.
